Come October 4-7, 2016, the Association of Tourism Officers in the Philippines (ATOP), Association of Tourism Officers of Central Luzon (ATOCEL) and Tourism Officers Association of Pampanga (TOAP) hold the 17th National Convention in an Hotel at Clarkfield, Pampanga with the theme of “Tourism for all Promoting Universal Accessibility” for a 3 day convention in network building and gathering of tourism officers to join on various activities related to tourism and awarding given to Municipalities, Cities and Provinces who excelled in different tourism programs that creates an impact to its community.
