JIL PAMPANGA 33RD ANNIVERSARY CULMINATION

“JIL Pampanga, be ready to receive the season of new beginnings from God!” This was the prophetic challenge and declaration of Bishop Bro. Eddie C. Villanueva for all JIL Pampanga people on his message during the culmination of the month-long celebration of JIL Pampanga 33rd anniversary.

November 27, 2016, another significant event in the history of the Jesus Is Lord Church Worldwide Ministry happened at Laus Group Event Centre in Dolores, City of San Fernando (P) when JIL Pampanga celebrated its 33rd year anniversary. The glorious event happened was the culmination of the month-long celebration of JIL Pampanga’s anniversary simultaneously done in different time and locations in the three cities and nineteen municipalities of the province. And that event was JIL City of San Fernando’s grand celebration which attended by whole JIL CSFP family in the main church and all its extension service churches.

Celebrating with the JIL CSF family are Bishop Bro. Eddie, JIL Church Spiritual Director, and Dr. Dory Villanueva, JIL Church Vice President, the distinguished guests of the celebration. Sis. Dory warmly greeted all JIL Pampanga Pastors, who were also in the event, and whole JIL CSF family. She inspired everyone to remain faithful to God especially in fulfilling the calling He entrusted to JIL Pampanga ministry. Bishop Bro. Eddie also praised and thanked God for the lives of the JIL Pampanga leadership, headed by Ptr. Alexander Garcia and Dr/Sis. Lilian Garcia, for their commitment and dedication in spreading the Good News of Salvation in the province.

On Bishop Bro. Eddie’s anniversary message, he emphasized an important key in experiencing the new beginnings from God. And that is ensuring the genuine relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. That man will never experience a new beginning unless he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior. He also added that the moment when man allowed Jesus to enter into his life, he will experience genuine change of life as stated in 2 Corinthians 5:17. He also mentioned some wonderful promises of having a life with Christ. Bro. Eddie also took the opportunity to personally minister to the spiritual and physical needs of the anniversary attendees.

Various presentations were also prepared like the cultural dance number of selected students of Jesus Is Lord Christian School San Fernando and the anointed rendition of selected JIL Voices in Adoration (VIA) for the song Grace by Laura Story. Various greetings were also heard via audio-video presentation coming from City of San Fernando Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, CSF Mayor Edwin Santiago, CIBAC Partylist Representative Hon. Sherwin Tugna, JILCW Director for Education and Discipleship Department Rev. Renator “Bobot” Bernardo, and Senator of the Philippine Congress Hon. Joel Villanueva.

Bishop Bro. Eddie also took the opportunity to pray for the invited City of San Fernando (P) politicians namely Councilor Harvey Quiwa, Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, and Mayor Edwin Santiago.

Life testimonies of our brethren were also shared that truly inspired and stirred-up the faith of all the attendees. And JIL Pampanga family also recognized the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord for the ministry in the past 33 years through an AVP report of JIL Pampanga milestone.

And before the program ends, JIL Pampanga Pastoral Leadership and Management Team honors Bishop Bro. Eddie and Dr. Dory Villanueva with a simple memorabilia photo album that encapsulates the historic milestone of JIL Pampanga Ministry. The token is also given to them as a sign of their gratitude, recognition, and appreciation to all the sacrifices of the JIL Leaders for the ministry of the Lord. Bro. Eddie joyfully received the gift and personally thank the whole family for their continuous prayers and unwavering support to their family and to the ministry of the Lord.

The glorious event was sealed with thanksgiving and appreciation to the wonderful things that God did all throughout that moment. Praise and glory be to God!
